The 2021 ICS Classical Shipping Development Program will be held from 23rd August to 3rd September. This program is co-hosted by The Professional Qualification Authority of Ministry of Transport P. R. China, The Shipping Service Office of Shanghai Pudong New Area and the Institute of Chartered Shipbrokers. All attendance who completed the Program will be granted with a Certificate which are jointly issued by ICS and the Professional Qualification Authority of Ministry of Transport P. R. China.2021年度中英高端航运人才发展计划试点培训将于8月23日至9月3日通过线上线下相结合的方式开展第七期培训,该培训由交通运输部职业资格中心、浦东新区航运办和ICS三方合作展开。完成试点培训的学员可获得由ICS英国皇家特许船舶经纪协会和中国交通运输部职业资格中心联合颁发的“双认证”专项职业能力证书。
With that certificate,you can not only join the ICS networking worldwide, but also be included in the TOP Shipping Professional Database of Professional Qualification Authority of Ministry of Transport P.R. China. Aside from that, you can also join the TOP Shipping Professional Data base of China (Shanghai) Pilot Free Trade Zone.
获得该专项职业能力证书，不仅可以链接ICS全球航运专业网络，录入交通运输部职业资格航运人才数据库，同时可进入中国（上海）自贸区高端航运人才库。
A scholarship will beset up jointly by ICS and PQA of Ministry of Transport for the BEST CANDIDATE of the Program. Furthermore, the BEST CANDIDATE will have the opportunity tofly to London and enjoy the Networking with worldwide shipping experts there.
ICS与交通运输部职业资格中心将联合设立“中英高端航运人才发展计划奖学金”，表彰那些在试点培训中表现特别优秀的“最佳学员”。此外，每年的“最佳学员”还将有机会前往伦敦，与英国本土以及来自全球各个城市的航运精英进行互动与交流。
