今年5月底，BIMCO发布了一个微电影讲述船员故事以及诸多他们所面临的挑战，包括海盗袭击，受到航运业各领域的广泛关注。该微电影的目的不仅是为了提升大众对船员价值和贡献的认知度，而且业是开启了一个呼吁各国政府支持船员的声援活动。该微电影业也凸显了《打击几内亚湾海盗宣言》的重要性，切实帮助防止船员被绑架甚至致死的惨剧。一个安全的工作环境是每一个员工的基本权利。
之前，BIMCO与近100家航运企业、海事组织及船旗国共同签署了《打击几内亚湾海盗宣言》并正式公开。《宣言》的倡议得到了航运业的热烈反响，截至昨天（6月8日），全球已有共310多家航运纷纷加入此次行动并进行签署，包括船东、租家、保赔协会、律所、航运协会以及机构。为了呼吁更多的海事相关利益方一齐参与，BIMCO已联合中国船东协会并对业内进行进一步宣传与推广。BIMCO诚邀您行动起来、声援船员、打击海盗。请点击此处，可下载相关pdf并签署，并将PDF发送邮件至gogdeclaration@bimco.org ，若有任何问题，请随时联系我们。
